Both face to face consultations and telephone consultations are available. If you have any cold or flu symptoms, we will ask you to wear a face mask. A RAT test should be completed on the day, before seeing the Doctor. If the result is positive, please phone reception.
Please advise us when booking if you think your Doctor’s consultation will take longer than the allocated 15 minutes. Please be advised if you run over your booked time, you may be charged extra.
All enrolled patients are welcome to see any Doctor at our Practice.
NON-ATTENDANCE FEE: Failure to attend your appointment or failure to cancel more than 2 hours prior to your appointment, will incur a charge of $25.
Dr Colin Ding’s working days are Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
Dr Kwee Lee is working both Monday and Friday until the end of January, then from February 2026 onwards, he will be working Monday’s only.

Practice Plus – Virtual Doctor Consultations

Weekends & Public Holidays: 8am to 8pm
Test Results & Follow-up Calls
You will only be informed of abnormal test results, this will be by telephone or text, please ensure your contact details are up to date.
Please allow up to 7 working days from the time of the test taken to have results sent back to us. The results will then show on your Better Health Outcomes APP.
You are welcome to request a call from our Practice Nurse for results, please phone reception to to organise a call back.
Charges may apply if you need to discuss your results with a Doctor either by follow up phone call or in person appointment.

Nurse Consultations
With the increase of care needed, we are changing how we charge for our Nurse Consultations. Information that our Nurses give over the phone or in practice may be charged for, up to $35. Extra charges may apply.

Over 14 years – $35
CSC holders – $20.00
Update: Patient portal – Manage My Health Cyber Incident
We know some patients may be concerned after recent news about a patient portal Manage My Health cybersecurity incident. Our practice uses the Better Health Outcomes app powered by Centrix, and patients using the BHO App are not exposed to this risk. No action is required.

The Practice will be closed on Friday 6th February 2026.
CREDIT TERMS
Payment is requested at the time of consultation. All Accounts are to be paid within one month of the issue of invoice. Any late payments will result in a late fee of $10 per month. If payment in full would cause hardship, please consult our staff who will help negotiate an acceptable payment plan. Overdue accounts referred to a Collection Agency will incur additional costs which are your responsibility. See fees page for full credit terms.

Our books are currently closed for new enrolments. If you live in the suburbs of Avonhead, Ilam or Burnside, please enquire from March 2026, with reception about the enrolment waitlist.
PRESCRIPTIONS
Please complete the Prescriptions form on the Prescription page or phone 03 358 3526. Please allow up 48 hours for this to be processed.
Friday requests must be in before 4 PM as we cannot guarantee they will be sent before the weekend.
