Updated Information 20th November 2024
Both face to face consultations and telephone consultations are available. If you have any cough, runny nose, shortness of breath, muscle aches, fever, loss of smell or altered sense of taste, we will ask you to wear a face mask. A RAT test should be completed on the day, before seeing the Doctor. If the result is positive, please phone reception.
Please advise us when booking if you think your Doctor’s consultation will take longer than the allocated 15 minutes. Please be advised if you run over your booked time, you may be charged extra.
We are experiencing longer wait times than usual. All enrolled patients are welcome to see any Doctor at our Practice.
The practice will be upgrading our computer systems on Monday 25th November – please be patient as our team transitions to the new system.
NON-ATTENDANCE FEE: Failure to attend your appointment or failure to cancel more than 2 hours prior to your appointment, will incur a charge of $25.

Test Results & Follow-up Appointments.
You will only be informed of abnormal test results, this will be by telephone or text, please ensure your contact details are up to date. You are welcome to request a call from our Practice Nurse for results, please phone reception to to organise a call back. Charges may apply if you need to discuss your results with a Doctor either by follow up phone call or in person appointment. Please allow up to 5 working days from the time of the test taken to have results sent back to us.

Nurse Consultations – updated 26 June 2024
With the increase of care needed, we are changing how we charge for our Nurse Consultations. Information that our Nurses give over the phone or in practice may be charged for, up to $35. Extra charges may apply.
Under 14 years – Free
Over 14 years – $35
CSC holders – $19.50
CREDIT TERMS
Payment is requested at the time of consultation. All Accounts are to be paid within one month of the issue of invoice. Any late payments will result in a late fee of $5 per month. If payment in full would cause hardship, please consult our staff who will help negotiate an acceptable payment plan. Overdue accounts referred to a Collection Agency will incur additional costs which are your responsibility.
